Meet Catherine Guida
Catherine Guida is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience supporting business owners. As a CFO, she played a pivotal role in restructuring and scaling a mid-size construction firm, later founding a woman-owned construction company certified to work with the State and City of New York.
That journey revealed a truth many founders face: success without alignment can come at a cost... After developing an exit strategy, Catherine transitioned into wealth and business advisory, spending the past decade working alongside an Investment Advisor to guide families and business owners through high-stakes decisions.
Today, Catherine brings strategic clarity, financial insight and disciplined leadership to The Meridian Women's Collective - helping women build businesses that support the lives they are purposefully creating - honouring both growth and life.
