A structured environment where founders deepen their understanding of how their business actually functions, strengthen their leadership, and build companies that support the lives they are intentionally creating.
-
Growth introduces complexity.
Revenue increases, but so does pressure.
Decisions carry more weight, yet the full picture is not always clear.
At this stage, many founders find themselves working harder, not because they need to, but because they lack visibility into what is driving the business and where it may be breaking down.
Without that understanding, decisions become reactive, time becomes constrained and the business can begin to compete with the life it was meant to support.
-
The Meridian exists to change that.
-
You carry every decision.
The business is growing, but not fully understood.
Financial decisions feel reactive.
There is little space to think beyond what is urgent.
You understand how your business actually functions.
Decisions are made with clarity, not pressure.
Financial and strategic choices are grounded and intentional.
You lead with structure, not reaction.
Your business begins to support the life you are building.
Most founders are surrounded by advice, but lack integration.
Information is often fragmented.
Decisions are made without full visibility.
The Meridian was created from Catherine’s experience building a business while navigating the tension between ambition, responsibility, and personal life.
Without a place to think clearly, apply insight, and be held accountable, growth can come at the expense of time, clarity, and control.
The Meridian exists to bring structure, perspective, and disciplined thinking into one place, where members can learn, apply, and grow with the support and accountability required to lead effectively.
The Meridian is intentionally designed as a twelve-month experience.
Each month is built around six interconnected pillars of business and personal growth, creating space to deepen understanding, challenge assumptions, and apply new perspectives.
Members move through a structured rhythm of specialist insight, facilitated peer dialogue, and accountability designed to turn insight into action.
Each experience builds on the last, creating space for meaningful business work and lasting change through reflection, application, and consistent action over time.

Each month, experienced specialists guide focused discussions on critical areas of business. These are working sessions designed to challenge thinking and expand understanding through real-world experience.

Catherine facilitates focused, peer-to-peer conversations where members bring real decisions into the room. These discussions are structured, direct, and grounded in business reality, not opinion.

Between sessions, each member meets privately with Catherine to apply what is learned, maintain momentum, and ensure continued progress. This ongoing accountability keeps decisions active, reinforces structure, and ensures insight is translated into action.
These women have already built something meaningful.
They are serious about leadership and how their business functions.
They are not looking for motivation or surface-level conversation, but for deeper understanding and meaningful dialogue.
They are willing to examine their decisions, challenge their thinking, and take responsibility for how they lead.
This is a room for women who are ready to deepen understanding, challenge their thinking, and intentionally shape what comes next.
Membership is intentionally limited.
Those who feel aligned are invited to express interest.
A select group will be invited to a brief conversation and application process.
